After presenting the Q3 2024 release plan for the TRONITY Fleet solution two weeks ago, we are excited to announce the first new feature just before the summer break.
TRONITY Fleet: Work Center Home Charging
In addition to the traditional reporting and asset management of your fleet, the first Work Center is now available in the TRONITY Fleet solution. A Work Center is a dedicated workspace, and the first one focuses on reviewing, approving, and billing employees’ home charges. This feature allows the employee benefit “reimbursement of home charging costs for company cars” to be easily mapped and managed. Through the Work Center, employees’ home charges can be consolidated, individually reviewed, and approved for billing for a selected period.
Information: The billing or reimbursement of costs to employees can be handled through your own accounting or as a full-service offering via TRONITY.
