Summary of recently released features and functions — April 2023 Edition
This week, we present you a review of recently released TRONITY features. The starting point is the January 2023 newsletter titled “Outlook on Future Features — January 2023 Edition.” The focus of our activities was on expanding the digital driver’s logbook.

Adjustment of the automatic tag assignment
Upon activating the extended TRONITY logbook, trips must be assigned to one of the categories: business trip, private trip, or commute. The automatic assignment of the “private trip” tag is no longer applied in order to facilitate data maintenance through a backlog. If no tag has been assigned after 7 days, the trip will automatically be marked as a private trip and locked according to the processing guidelines.
Quick action for the assignment of tags
We have introduced a quick action for assigning tags in the digital logbook. This allows you to easily and efficiently process your backlog of trips. The assignment of tags, such as “business trip,” can be done directly in the list view of the trips, where additional information about the trips can be added.
List of trips in the TRONITY App extended by an “untagged” filter
After activating the extended TRONITY logbook, trips must be assigned to a category. To facilitate this based on a backlog, we have added a filter in the TRONITY app. This allows you to filter for trips without a tag and perform data maintenance.
Add information to business trips via address book
When assigning to the “business trip” category, additional details can be provided. An address book simplifies data entry by allowing you to select and add pre-defined information. The address book can be managed through the TRONITY settings.
