We are happy to inform you that we have been working together with the companies SAP, Infineon, ChargeX, bloX.move, energy web, BMW Group and Digital Hub Mobility, on a pilot project in the area of a sustainable and transparent charging of electric vehicles.
Pilot Project: Trusted Green Charging
One of the leading questions of this joint research is how e-fleets can be supported in building a bridge between locally generated power (oversupply) and an increasing demand for electric power. But also the question of how a sustainable behavior of electric vehicle drivers can be supported and incentivized (via a so-called electricity certificate of origin).
The first results were presented on Monday for the first time at an SAP event in Munich’s Urban Colab. In the coming weeks and months, the pilot project will be made available to the public and the implementation and integration will be further enhanced.
We want to thank all the companies involved in the pilot project for their cooperation and all the users from the TRONITY community who supported us in the first validation of the system.
