New Features — Focus on TRONITY Fleet & Reimbursement for Home Charging
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working intensively on the features outlined in our current quarterly release (more on that in the related announcement). This release focuses on our TRONITY Fleet solution, especially the scenario of reimbursing home charging costs for company vehicles. Today, we’re excited to introduce the first set of features available in the TRONITY Driver App. In our next newsletter, we’ll provide further updates on enhancements to the Fleet platform.
TRONITY Driver App | Reimbursement for Home Charging of Company Vehicles
Dashboard Overview
A new dashboard view now shows an overview for the current month, including the number of home charging sessions and the associated costs eligible for reimbursement.
Comments on Charging Sessions
Drivers can now add comments to individual charging sessions. These comments are visible to the fleet manager during the review and approval process, streamlining communication and approvals.
Glovebox: Reimbursement Reports
The Glovebox (Glovebox → Documents) now lists all approved reimbursement reports for home charging. These can be easily accessed by employees and submitted through the company’s internal travel & expense system if needed — no email required.
Calendar View for Home Charging
The calendar view shows all home charging sessions and their costs within a selected timeframe. Drivers can quickly filter and access all relevant sessions within that period.
We’ve also introduced various smaller updates and refinements, including:
- Improved display of multiple currencies
- Toner-friendly cover pages for PDF exports
- UI enhancements for a smoother user experience
