As announced in one of the last newsletters, our current TRONITY release is focused on the optimization of the TRONITY driver’s logbook. We plan to add more functions and to further simplify the data maintenance.

E-Mail notification for missing tag assignment

Once the enhanced digital driver’s logbook in TRONITY is activated and individual trips are not marked with an appropriate tag, you will receive a reminder e-mail two days before the editing time expires (trips cannot be edited after 7 days). All relevant trips will be listed for quick editing via a link. If no manual assignment is made, these trips will be automatically marked as “private” and locked according to the policy.

E-Mail notification for interrupted vehicle data connection

If an active connection to your vehicle via TRONITY is no longer possible, you will now also receive an e-mail notification. This will include a description of how you can restore or pause a data connection as needed. The notification will be repeated for the following five days to ensure that you can react to the situation.
