We are excited to introduce another update for TRONITY Fleet! TRONITY Fleet already offers a GDPR-compliant and works council-friendly solution for managing driver permissions. Now, there is a new feature that further simplifies the process.
Transparent Data Sharing
When assigning drivers to a vehicle, a permission request for data sharing is made. The employee actively confirms this, has full transparency over which data is exchanged with the fleet, and can revoke this data exchange at any time. This ensures that only the necessary data is exchanged.
Default Permissions for Easy Configuration
To simplify the configuration, default permissions can now be defined in the general settings of the TRONITY Fleet solution. When a new employee is added to the fleet and assigned to a vehicle, these permissions are automatically requested, without the fleet manager having to select them explicitly. Of course, there is still the option to expand or restrict these permissions.
