Checking Data Consistency of Trips and Charges
The representation of trips and charges is based on data transmission from the respective vehicle manufacturer. Any discrepancies or errors in this transmission by the manufacturer can lead to inconsistencies in the data.
To identify such inconsistencies early on, we will be conducting specialized data checks in the future. If discrepancies are detected, the affected charges and trips will be marked with a note. Based on this note, you can either manually correct the inconsistencies or ignore them.
Initially, we will start with basic data checks and expand them in the future. We will activate these checks in the coming weeks, and system notices will initially only be available in the TRONITY Web Version and later in the new TRONITY App.
