New Feature: Permissions for Data Exchange as a Standard Setting
From now on, as a Fleet Manager, you can specify which data is exchanged between drivers and the fleet — all conveniently set as a default. This means:
- Automatic Default Settings: Every new participant added to your fleet will automatically receive the predefined permission for data exchange.
- GDPR-Compliant: As before, participants must actively consent to data exchange via the TRONITY App. This ensures that all data transfers always comply with legal data protection regulations.
- Basis for Consultations: The defined default settings serve as a transparent basis for discussions and approval by the works council.
This innovation not only simplifies the management and standardization of data exchange within your fleet but also establishes clear conditions regarding data protection and corporate communication.
